Lease Terms & Fees
Lease length: 12–18 months
Security deposit: One month's rent
Application fee: $25
Pet Policy
Allowed pets
Dogs, cats, birds and fish (up to a 20-gallon tank) are welcome. Reptiles, rodents, rabbits and ferrets are not permitted.
Number of pets
Up to two pets per household. A fish tank counts as one pet.
Pet deposit & pet rent
$350 pet deposit and $35 monthly pet rent.
Pet requirements
All pets must be in good health. Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered, at least 1 year old, licensed, and up to date on vaccinations. A veterinarian verification form must be completed by a licensed Iowa veterinarian before a pet is approved.
Restricted dog breeds
For safety and insurance reasons, the following breeds and their mixes are not permitted: Pit Bull, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, wolf breeds or wolf hybrids (including Huskies), Akita, St. Bernard, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Doberman and German Shepherd.
Assistance Animals
The Pinnacle on Fleur complies with Fair Housing laws regarding assistance animals. Assistance animals are not subject to pet restrictions or pet fees, but they must be registered with management and be in good health and properly vaccinated. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by the animal.
